Another similar tool you might want to try is the Quality Guardian. It allows you to look at tips and decide whether they should be sent to tips patrol. Let me know what you think of it!

Thanks for your edits on Be a Hermit. Whoops, this spelling change doesn't seem to make sense? No biggie, but wanted to let you know I'm rolling it back - a Manolo Blahnik is a type of shoe :)

No worries! I know sometimes the system thinks that real words are possible mistakes (if they're new words or brands that aren't in the dictionary), so it can be tricky to decide what to change and what to keep as is. If you see something that you actually think is okay, you can always check by searching online - then you can click "No, it's correct." Definitely feel free to tell the computer when it's wrong :)

One good thing to know is that wikiHow is all about collaboration, so we all work together to make the best articles we can on each given topic - instead of adding new articles on topics that have already been written. Does that make sense? That way, readers get the best possible information all in one place.

So if you've got an idea for an article, the best thing to do is search for it in the search box at the top of the page, or look in the category where it would be listed. If the article already exists, we still need your input! You can add something or improve it by clicking "edit." If there's no article on your topic yet, then it's a great time to start one.

Okie doke, no worries - I have a hard time coming up with topics myself! But the more you read and edit, the more you think of them, so I'm sure something will hit you soon ;)

I'm not totally sure, IT - which count are you looking at? The leaderboard does change over time, because it looks at the last 7 days of edits, so as time goes on, the number adjusts. If you're looking at your all-time total, it's probably just something to do with number-crunching in the background. When you load up the tool, it pulls that number from the database (for how many votes you've ever done), but then when you're in the tool, it adds it up by clicks instead of asking the database each time (which would be overload and might cause the tool to crash!). So occasionally there's a discrepancy there, and next time you load, the number might be a little bit different. Do you think that could be it?

Ah gotya, ya- the leaderboard refreshes every 10 minutes or so I think, so that's probably it :)

You can always use up to 3 nfd codes at once. Just do it like this {{nfd|abc|abc|abc}} with whichever codes you think apply :)
