1Tell the 5 year old to help the older ones iron clothes, bring clothes up and downstairs. They can also tell their colors apart by then so you can make a little organizing system and they can do that too!

2Tell the 8 year old to help the younger ones by sorting the colors, iron clothes with the tweens, and bring the clothes up and down the stairs. They are now old enough to load the machinery but not start it make sure you supervise this situation

3Tell the 15 year old to help the younger ones with everything and also start the machinery. You don't have to supervise them either! They are now old enough to start doing their own laundry and being responsible for their clothes and making sure they are washed.
- Also tell them to start doing their own loads every week or so as well.
