Great App!
I've been using this App for quite a while now and I have to say it is one of my favorite Apps in the App Store. It usually provide me with all the answers I need and it also allows me to help others.
I didn't rate it a perfect 5 stars due to minor bugs and because of the new layout and the latest version. I do not like it and wish they kept things simple so that the App can operate faster and better when not connected to WiFi.
Answers are unreliable
I like the new format, it is different. But the whole "anyone can answer your question" thing is weird. I saw an answer that said "I don't know. I haven't read the books" as the answer. I found that very annoying. The answers are unreliable since anyone can answer whether they know the answer or not. I trust people more than I should, but I still don't trust the site to answer my questions accurately when anyone can answer. It got so annoying I deleted this app very quickly after the change. Please revert to the old ways where questions were answered.
CRASH, BUGS, IMMATURE
This app has an enormous amount of potential. ChaCha provides a fun way to help others through answering their questions. This app would be my favorite app, IF it wasn't so riddled with bugs and glitches. I try to answer someone's question, and I get a little box that says "answer error" so I can't post my answer. Also, if you try to answer anonymously asked questions, the app will crash on you almost immediately. The developers did however, provide us with a 'way around' the glitches. Instead of beating around the bush, they need to fix these things for a 5 star rating!
