Please do not assume that an admin will be able to find the forums spammer/troll right away if the said troll/spammer has never edited wikiHow. Admins need to look at contributions before blocking a user.

Emily Anne Williams ( talk | edits | logs | patrol log | block log | active blocks | block user ) — New patroller who patrolled over 400 edits, approving a range of bad edits, external links, bad reversions, etc.
If any admins can use Quality Guardian to review this user's patrols, that would be great. The patrols could also be reviewed manually from the user's patrol log. I started reviewing them, but have to go offline for a while. Please remove this notice once the entire queue of patrols has been reviewed. If not, I will complete them later. Thanks.
