Database Finder

Find the databases that contain content relevant to your topic. The Libraries subscribes to many different types of electronic resources, from those that provide indexes of journal articles to those that aggregate full-text content from a variety of different publishers.

The Database Finder provides alphabetic list of these electronic resources, including descriptive and coverage information to help you select the most relevant resources. To see databases by subjects, go to Research Port.

Most electronic resources provided through the University System of Maryland and Affiliated Institutions are protected by copyright and subject to a variety of restrictions on access and use. Common restrictions include prohibitions on non-academic use and limits on downloading and printing an excessive portion of any database or publication. Users should always consult the terms governing use (often referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "Conditions of Use") on the home page of a resource to inform themselves of restrictions and assure their use complies with copyright and contractual restrictions.
