Steps

    After you install Efficient To-Do List Network, please click File -> Connect to Server. You can see more specific steps about connecting to server here: http://www.wikihow.com/Connect-to-Server-As-Administrator-with-the-EfficientPIM-Network

    Then right-click “All Tasks” on the top of navigation panel to create new task groups according to all users’ names. So, all users could know their tasks easily.

    You can create new subgroup by right-clicking that group, if needed.
  4. 4
    And then you can click “New Task” Button to add new tasks for all users.
