Chaitini Martini

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 60 ml (2 oz) citrus belvedere
  • 60 ml (2 oz) masala tea decoction
  • 30 ml (1 oz) lime juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) sugar syrup
  • some ice cubes

Maharashtra Martini

  • 2 sprigs of curry leaves
  • a few coffee beans
  • 60 ml (2 oz) chivas regal
  • 10 ml (1/3 oz) kahlua
  • 60 ml (2 oz) sour mix (lime juice and sugar)
  • some ice cubes

Winkitini

  • 30 ml (1 oz) lychee juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) apple juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) cranberry juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) sour mix
  • apple and pineapple slices for garnish

    Muddle (roughly crush) the mint leaves.

    Put ice cubes along with the remaining ingredients in a glass.

    Shake well and double strain. Serve!

    Muddle the coffee beans and one sprig of curry leaves together.
