    On Thursday, February 5, U.S. Ambassador to Brazil, Liliana Ayalde and Governor of Rio Grande do Sul, José Ivo Sartori signed a Memorandum of Understanding advancing subnational cooperation between the Rio Grande do Sul government and the United States.
