HomeOS is the working title of a home automationoperating system under development by Microsoft Research.[1][2] Microsoft Research announced the project in 2010. HomeOs is an operating system used by all the devices in the home. This system is very useful to sync files, photos and documents with the devices present in the house through a cloud. HomeOS is good to connect different types of technologys (like iPhone, Galaxy s5, Windows Phone, Lg), but it is a limit for the users because they can't choose the most suitable OS for their devices.
