a little more than aggravated
although i use snapchat frequently, i have a few complaints. for one, when ever i am recording a video, it freezes and a notification pops up saying the video couldn't be recorded at that moment. its completely frustrating to catch something on film and it tells you that it wasn't recorded. second, when ever i slide over from the camera to the screen where all my stories are, it glitches, and ends up on the slide with all the icons. eventually it clicks on a random one and i have to wait for it to load so i can click out of it. how annoying is that. last, but not lease, the third one. a few weeks back, a friend of mine on snapchat was notified that i had screen-shotted one of her pictures, when in reality, i had not. not only is it embarrassing to have someone think you screen-shotted one of their pictures, its also a complete hassle to have to personally message them to inform them that snapchat had made a mistake. all these complaints are extremely legit, and have all happened to me while using snapchat. i find it completely aggravating to open an app and have it let you down. especially after snapchats users have been assured the best quality while using this app. please, if you don't mind, take the time to look in to these errors. i'd more than greatly appreciate it.
Ruined it
I HATE HATE HATE the new update! Everything is all spread out now instead of in one place like it was. You can't find anything. The "discovery" section is so pointless. If I wanted to see stuff from those businesses I'd go to their websites or follow their snap chat stories. And not being able to see other people's best friends...
I was already thinking about deleting this app because of the third party app ban, which is ridiculous. If they don't want people using third party apps maybe they should offer the same options those third party apps offer. Instead they lock people out of their accounts for trying to get as much fun out of snap chat as possible.
I'll be deleting this app until changes are made.
Great-- Name change
I love snapchat so much. I do, however, think there should be a way to change your user name. Although there is a way to change what you, (yourself) see, there is no way to change what people see one they add you. This change would be so appreciated. Also, I love the filters on special occasions and when you're in certain places☺️. And one last thing- there used to be a way to change the number of best friends you had but now you can't, or at least I couldn't find it. Great app! Small improvements. ❤️❤️
