How to Go Off on Someone
Have you had that person who just completely gets on your freaking nerves? A-hah! It feels good to put them in their place! Have you tried putting someone in their place, but they out did you? Well here it is,a guide to help you.
EditSteps
-
1Consider carefully what they did. Did they call you ugly? Call you dumb? Whatever it was, just think briefly about it so you can know what to say.Ad
-
2Select a confident and somewhat taunting opening. Think about what to say at the beginning such as:
- Unlike you, ...
- First of all, ...
- At least, ...
- Last time i checked, ...
- For your information, ...
- Actually, ...
-
3Think about what they said again and contradict it in your mind. For example, if they said you're dumb, you will likely find an easy target in their life because, often, they will have picked on something in you that they are insecure about.
- So it might go, "Last time I checked, Sherlock, I made 86% on my end-of-grade test, and what did you get? Oh, I remember now, a 37. So, maybe, it would be best if you tried again. I'll give you three chances and you have already used one!"
- Or, "It couldn't possibly be that I am dumb, because if I were, I would be thinking you are brilliant, but, obviously, I am smarter than that!"
- Either should get them so turned around that they won't dare mess with you again.
-
4Pick your tone. It could be taunting, rude, combative, apologetic, wistful, ... Use your imagination and come up with something that fits the situation.
-
5Put it all together, then give it to them.
- If done properly, they should shut up. They will be stuttering, stammering, and failing.

EditTips
- Never go too far! Use your discretion and make it a game, but always in good taste, never vindictive or hurtful. If their grandpa died and they call you ugly, don't say "You're so ugly your grandpa probably committed suicide to save himself from having to look at you!"
- If your antagonist goes too far or things get out of hand, tell an adult.
