  1. 1
Recognize that you're being stalked. If you feel like someone is watching you all the time (even if you don't actually see anyone), it's possible you're being stalked.
  2. 2
If you're fairly sure there is someone stalking you, go tell a parent, guardian, caregiver or teacher. If they downplay your concerns, tell friends what's going on. Be careful not to be outside alone.
  3. 3
Keep your eyes and ears open. Watch for potential stalkers. If you see someone who may be following you, take a friend with you and confront the stalker. Let them know you don't like being followed and that you will notify the authorities if they don't leave you alone. Speak firmly and assertively. In many cases, that will solve the problem.
  4. 4
If the problem continues, take a picture or video of the stalker, and show it to your parents or teacher. Let them contact the police or deal with the person in their own way.
  5. 5
No stalker is going to risk jail time just to keep following you around. The problem should be resolved, and you can go back to feeling comfortable again.

Tips
Provide Details.
Please be as detailed as possible in your explanation. Don't worry about formatting! We'll take care of it. For example:
Don't say: Eat more fats.
Do say: Add fats with some nutritional value to the foods you already eat. Try olive oil, butter, avocado, and mayonnaise.

EditTips

  • There's safety in numbers. If you feel threatened, surround yourself with family or friends at all times. Most stalkers will give up shortly and move on.
  • If you're quite certain you're being stalked, don't keep it to yourself. Tell others. There's nothing for you to be embarrassed about. Stalkers should be pointed out for the sake of possible future victims.
