There are many varieties of corn available. "Sugar and cream" corn is one of the sweetest eating varieties found at the market. You may not have to add sugar, if cooking this type of bi-color corn.
When husking the corn, try to grab on the corn silk in hunks. Doing this makes removing the corn silk from the cob so much easier.
