Hey Faith! Regarding your question to the help team, we do not accept passages, only how-to articles :)

Please read How to Patrol Recent Changes for help with patrolling!

I hope this helps. How are you liking wikiHow so far?

Hi F8h224. Thank you for starting a new article on wikiHow!

I noticed that a title you started (How to Have Fabulous, Pretty, Glowing Skin) is very similar to a title we already have: How to Get Beautiful, Glowing Skin. It looks like they might be duplicates! On wikiHow, we consider two articles to be duplicates when their titles are practically interchangeable (even if the content is different). When we find a duplicate, we then work to make sure all the information ends up consolidated on one page, typically the one with the simpler, more commonly searched title. That way, our readers can find everything about that particular topic in one place.

If you agree that the title you started is a duplicate, you can help by adding your how-to advice to the other page. The duplicate page will likely get removed in about a week, and we don't want to lose all the great information you provided. If you don't think your article is actually a duplicate, feel free to leave a note on the discussion page (which you can find here) explaining why, and let me know, too. Sometimes we make mistakes, and we definitely don't want to delete it if it is different!

If you have any questions or need help with anything, just reply to this message. Thanks again for contributing!

Hi Faith! This is probably the best advice: How to Write a Featured Article on wikiHow

Hello! I was wondering if you wanted to discuss the change you made to Make New Friends Quickly and Fast. I undid it while I was patrolling recent changes, but perhaps I misunderstood what you were trying to do. Can you explain?

At 00:28, Dec 24, 2014

Hailey Girges said:

Changing a title just so it wouldn't be a duplicate wouldn't work out. Then the title wouldn't match that articles content. You can still add your knowledge of the topic to that other article so it wouldn't exactly be deleted.

Hi there!

I saw your question of the Help Team. The best instructions I know of are contained in {{howto|Put a Photo in a wikiHow Article]]. I hope those instructions help.

Hi Faith!

It is so nice to hear from you again. No worries at all on the late reply. I have not taken this personally at all. I'm so sorry to hear about your computer breaking down, and I completely understand about being busy at school.

You're a volunteer, and you help when you can, so don't worry about it, you don't have to make anything up! But if you'd like to contribute, I'd say check out our community dashboard. There's lots to do, if you're up for it! I hope you can start an article too. Articles are essentially invisible until they pass a quality review. I dedicate a lot of time to reviewing and boosting articles, so let me know if you do get the chance to create one and I can review/offer suggestions. Just make sure that we don't already have a page on that topic! :)

Oh, and to create links, see the editing basics for guidance. I hope this helps!

Hi Faith,

Articles are automatically blurred like that until they get approved by our community :) But you can still read it! Just click the "Ok, close" in that orange box.

In this case, the article might not get approved because we already have an article about that topic, maybe you can add to it? How to Be Creative
