4Click on the Settings option. Wait for the settings page to be generated and displayed.

5Scroll down until you see a link called "Request Your Archive" that should be the only button underneath the "Your Twitter archive" label. Click the "Request Your Archive" button.
- If it has a button that is labelled "Resend email," click that button instead.

6Wait for the email to appear. It'll use the email address that you provided in your Twitter settings. Some emails take longer than others, so be patient.

7Click the link that appears inside the email. It should send you to the personal download page.
