Your last post will already be on top of first page. But if you want to make an old post on top use this method.
Wordpress adjusts order of your posts according to their publishing dates.We will edit an old post's publishing date so it will have the newest publishing date and this will place it on top of first page.

1Click edit in posts screen

2Click edit next to publish

3Enter a date that is more recent than your last post's publishing date.(Do not enter a future date here or your post will be scheduled and will not appear on your blog.So it must be a date that is older than current date)
