EFOIA and TEAS/TEASi Maintenances

EFOIA Maintenances

The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Electronic Freedom of Information Act (EFOIA) system two consecutive nights.
  • The first maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Tuesday, April 14 ET.
  • The second maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Wednesday, April 15 ET.

EFOIA will be unavailable during both maintenance periods.

TEAS/TEASi Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending 5 a.m., Sunday, April 19 ET.

TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable during the maintenance period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
