How to Make Tahitian Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 small chicken breasts
- 2 cups (250 g) flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/3 cups (315 ml) pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Oil, for deep frying

1Make the batter. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, pineapple juice, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.Ad

2Heat a large skillet or wok with about 2 1⁄2 inches (6.4 cm) of oil.
