    Ingredients. You might NOT find all the ingredients in your kitchen, but you can use whatever you have because it will just enhance the seasoning. You can also eliminate whatever ingredient you do NOT like/eat. Again, these are just seasonings. You can switch them up to become a diverse cook. *Optional/Can use substitutes

    • Milk
    • Ginger Paste/Powder*
    • Garlic Paste/Powder*
    • Onion Paste/Powder*

    • Soy Sauce
    • Bread Crumbs/Tempura/Flour
    • Salt
    • Sugar
    • Thyme Powder*/Coriander Powder*
    • Pepper Powder*

    Preparations, I will try to keep things simple since you need more experience to make an elegant chicken dish and you're starving at the moment. Firstly, wash the chicken under cold water for a few minutes. Defrost it, if you took it out from the freezer.

    • Take another bowl, crack an egg.
    • Add milk, salt and sugar (add amount to your preference)

    • Put your crumbs/tempura/flour in a plate for coating.

    Frying. You have to be cautious as this can injure your eye or skin. Before you turn on the stove, Add your seasoned chicken into the egg mixture. Then take those sticky, egg mixed chicken and coat them with bread crumbs/tempura/flour. Make sure to coat those chicken pieces well.
    • Place a pan on the stove and spray it with some nonstick oil.
    • When the pan gets hot, lower down the fire from high to medium.
    • Carefully and slowly add the chickens to fry.
    • Turn them (with the help of tongs), when the batter starts to change color.
    • Lower the heat when the pieces start to become light brown.
    • Take them out with the help of a skimmer.
    • Eat them while they're hot!

Tips

  • Call a friend who has better knowledge than you. they can guide you better.
  • Don't add too much milk into egg as it will not work out well.
  • Cut chickens into small pieces because it will cook better and faster.

Warnings

  • Wear gloves and long sleeves, if possible as it will prevent your skin to get burnt.
  • Don't put too much oil at once. It is unhealthy.
  • Don't turn on the stove and go somewhere to do something else. Oil gets hot fast.
