There are a number of threads running about help not displaying correctly in various browsers. In particular RoboHelp 10 and RoboHelp 11 have been affected by the Firefox 35 update. Before starting any new threads or adding to the existing threads, please read this announcement carefully.

First make sure your version of RoboHelp has all the official patches applied.http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html

ROBOHELP 11 USERS

Some issues were found with the 11.0.3 patch so it is important that you also apply the 11.0.4 patch. It contains the temporary fix that was released as well as other bug fixes. More information at http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/2015/robohelp-11-update-released-rh-11-0-4.html

ROBOHELP 10 USERS

ROBOHELP 9 USERS

RoboHelp 9 was not affected by the Firefox 35 upgrade. Willam has posted some fixes for other RoboHelp 9 browser issues.

Please start all threads with the edition and version you are using.

We have received a number of reports where some members of this community are posing as Adobe Employees by offering to help troubleshoot issues personally using technologies such as Skype as a means to gain access to your computer and potentially your personal information.  All Adobe employees are required to have an orange ‘STAFF’ badge next to their user profile which can be seen if you mouse-over their profile picture.
