Steps
-
1Learn to love both children equally and individually. They may be twins, but that doesn't mean they can't be different! They both deserve your love.
-
2Twins are siblings, and siblings have a tendency to fight and argue. While you won't be able to prevent all fights, you can encourage them to use kind words through examples and potentially stop quite a few arguments.
-
3Make sure to express your love daily. Learn their love languages and use them all to show that you care. Also, make sure to have a strict policy of family before friends.
-
4Make sure they have both a male and female role model in their lives. If you are a single mom, for example, try introducing them to your father or brother and encourage lots of healthy interaction. This helps children learn what you expect from both genders.
