Information and communication facilities is an essential aspect of the development process.communication technologies comprising computers, fiber-optics, wireless and satellite systems and virtual systems have all changed the amount and speed at which informtion can be stored, transmitted and exchanged. In recent times the development sector is taking advantage of World Wide Web and Internet. These Internet has created a significant impact on the way the development sector works and communicates.
