What is going on??
I love the messenger app, honestly. it does everything I ask it to and more, but now all of a sudden the top of my screen glitches flashing the red banner that says "couldn't load messages" when I'm not trying to?
in order to get it to stop I had to close out of the app and reopen it, at first. then it did it so much I had to redownload the app. this was fine. the first three times maybe. NOW I can't even see my recents and it won't let me message anyone? I've lost all of my messages and have even lost my group chats. I don't understand why this is happening but others I talk to say that they do not have this problem. messenger has never glitched like this before, other than the occasional wrong face in the wrong conversation but that's never been a bother not has it been as severe as this one.
please fix asap, I use messenger to keep in contact with everyone and this sudden glitch is very upsetting.
Worst app ever!
This is my first time writing a review for almost anything. And i am so glad to spend time writing review for the worst app ever. If i could give it zero star, i would be more than happy to do so. Recently it started "black out" my conversation and entire app seemed like ... dead! Personally i dont use facebook app because of too much storage stealing from my phone. Only reason i use this app is for particular people i know that they dont use any other type of communication technology. During the "black out" time, i tried to message people on my facebook web but it was also down.
If you force other people to use your product, the you should better convince them about the outstanding values which other rivals dont offer. In this case, you have none and failed horribly!
Glitches
This recent version is kinda horrible. I've had to delete and redownload the entire app because it didn't show my conversations at least 4 times and even then, it still glitches. I don't get notifications and there is a red sign that keeps on popping up about how it couldn't load my messages, even though my phone will load everything else. This didn't happen before this update, and I'd appreciate it if you could fix it. Thank you in advance!
P.S. I love the idea of nicknames and colors, but there have been a few arguments over what the settings should have been, and I was wondering if you could make it personalized?
