    Remove the governor. This can be found inside the engine.

    Fill the hole with silicone or a bolt.

    Find or make a throttle assembly.

    Put a high lift cam (found at dynocamstore.com) and billet lifters (also found at dynocamstore.com) then grind the valves until they sit on the valve seats.

    Bore out the carburetor.

  • Make sure that it is geared right.
  • To run alcohol, drill out the main jet.

  • If you use an aluminum flywheel it can come apart! Arcracing.com will show you how. Just click on flywheels!
  • If you take out the governor, don't go full throttle, or you could blow a rod.
  • If you don't fill the governor hole, the engine could over-rev and explode.
