The Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) offices at HMS/HSDM and HSPH act as the institutional representatives of the President and Fellows of Harvard College for the administration of sponsored projects. SPA works with faculty and staff to ensure that proposals and awards conform to sponsor guidelines and University policies.
