Steps

    Start with a circle for the head.

    Draw a vertical line down from the bottom of the head. This is Elvis' body.

    Draw two lines that form an acute angle.

    Draw another line.

    Draw hands.

    Draw a diagonal line to the left, starting from where Elvis' body ends.

    Draw another diagonal line, but this time, shorter and to the right.

    Draw a vertical line from where the line you just drew ended.

    Draw a face for Elvis. (On the circle.)

    Add swirly hair, and you're done!

    Optional: Add bell bottoms and shoes.
