Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken cubes
  • White vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste

    Get chicken cubes and marinate with white vinegar, soya sauce,salt,pepper, ginger paste & garlic Paste

    Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes

    Cut out green coriander and red onion an tomato into cubes
  4. 4
    Into Shashlik Sticks first add chicken and then tomato and then onion then add onion and complete  this sequence till you reach almost 3/4 of the stick do this with other shashlik sticks too.

    On a hot pan add a very small quantity of oil and add the shashlik in the hot pan fry it carefully

    In another hot pan add garlic and ginger paste when light golden then add marination sauce left of the chicken  and to give it a sweet and  sour flavour sprinkle 1  table spoon of sugar and 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

    After boiling sizzle  it on the chicken and serve
