Steps
-
1Locate the tabs on the top and bottom ends of the hanging binder's spine.
-
2Push in the top and bottom tabs.
- Note that the mechanism for making these open may differ slightly, depending on the brand of binder, such as pushing down on them or pulling down. If they differ markedly from the one shown in the image, try different push or pull methods.
-
3Remove the paper, or add, as required. You can open and close the spine portion as many times as you need to, to insert or remove papers or divider card pieces. With the tabs pushed in, the binder now holds the paper firmly, allowing you to look at the added pages with ease.
-
4Close the binder rings and pull the tabs back out. Hang the binder back up.
Tips
- The hanging tabs for this binder have to be pushed in before you open, or close the rings. Not having the tabs pushed in completely will result in damage to your rings and result in papers falling out of the binder.
Things You'll Need
- Hanging binder
- Papers for inserting (optional)
