    Know a little bit about the military and a little bit of Airsoft. You will also need to find people that want to be in the military or people who never got to join but they're enthusiasts of Airsoft and the military.

    Start asking people if they would like to join if you start one. If they say yes, more power to you. If they don't then don't worry about it.

    Once you have people that will join you will need to get some things straight. First you will need to find an executive officer[your the commanding officer]. Then you will have to find people that will lead people into the fight. These people are your squad leaders and the fire team leaders. Then after you figure this out you will need to get an official uniform, write down your rules and regulations.

    You will need to get a list of jobs within the team. In the military these are called MOS's. You will need rifleman, machine gunner, and reconnaissance. You can also put in more jobs if you want.

    After that you will need to set up a boot camp type thing that will see who can lead and who will crack under pressure. This will also see who will be what on the team.

    Poll your troops and see what name they want for the team. You will need to go with the majority vote so there is no fights.

    Teach your troops Close order drill. This is so they will have discipline.

    Setup a drill for every weekend. This will be when you train, and when you bring things up that will need to be addressed.

    Once you think that your team is ready, DEPLOY THEM! Go to a national Airsoft event, or take them to the local Airsoft field.
