Missed Appointments and Payment Responsibility
If cancellations are not made on the preceding business day (Monday-Friday) 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a $30 missed-appointment charge will be applied. For example, an appointment for Monday at 10:00 am would need to be cancelled by Friday at 10:00 am, and an appointment for Wednesday at 10:00 am would need to be cancelled by Tuesday at 10:00 am.
Non-payment on an account will result in that student's records being flagged (checklisted) the following business day. Flagged records prohibit registration and readmission, and result in the withholding of transcripts. The flag will be removed when the account is paid in full.
Former students are eligible for services at the health center for one semester after their last enrolled semester. The former student is responsible for all charges accrued during this extended care and can pay at the UHC Business Services Office.
