Wikimedia opposes government’s motion to dismiss Wikimedia v. NSA

The ACLU filed an opposition yesterday to the U.S. government’s recent motion to dismiss Wikimedia v. NSA, the Wikimedia Foundation’s challenge to the National Security Agency’s “upstream” surveillance program.
