    Position a chair and table close to a wall or other vertical structure. Make sure that the table or another armrest is at a comfortable height for you to practice your arm wrestling.

    Place your hand on the wall so that your forearm is vertical.

    Use your arm muscles and shoulder muscles to push your hand against the wall, using your elbow as a pivotal point.
