How do you feel about workouts before sleeping? Some says they are ineffective and just make it harder for you to fall asleep, but other studies dispute those assertions.[1] It may not matter much what time of day you exercise, especially if the alternative is no exercise at all.

  • If possible, add more reps to each exercise. Drink plenty of water before and after.
