    Write the word 'backwards' in front of a mirror.

    Then copy the way the word 'Backwards' on the mirror.

    If you have to do this without a mirror, learn beforehand-the letters will simply flip and change places. So, if you wrote anything in English, you have to write (And read)it from right to left.

    Write the word 'backwards' on a piece of paper.

    Now what you have to do is make letters switch places-first goes to last,second goes to second last. Then last goes to first, second last goes to second, etc.
