    Before starting you must note down the IP address of your broadband which is available in the network properties option.

    Connect the Ethernet cable with the router and laptop, switch on the router.

    In computer go to wireless and network sharing option.

    In the local area connection, click diagnostic and complete Windows diagnostic. Now restart router and laptop, both.

    Connect the broadband modem in the router at the blue port, wait until the green light at the network area of the router starts blinking.

    Open any browser in laptop and type 'routerlogin.net'

    Now follow the guideline as shown there, when asked for IP address, put the address as you have noted down at the first.
