wikiHow 'n' Stuff
I joined the site in June 2011 and wrote a couple of articles throughout the summer, but wasn't really involved with the community. Following a five-month hospitalization, I rejoined the community in February 2012 and slowly shaped myself into a wikiHowian. I earned my booster rights in May and became an official admin in December 2012 after graduating from the three-month trial period.
I do a variety of stuff on the site, but my favourite things to do are patrolling recent changes, boosting new articles (and the ones stuck in the backlog...), bunch patrolling, and processing broken and deleted redirects. Because many of my tasks are behind-the-scenes and often go unnoticed, people describe me as a wikiGnome :)
Wanna know the history of wikiHow in 7 fascinating articles? Check out this story by Mental Floss, which features interviews from yours truly, plus a few other community and staff members, about our wikiWork!
I love writing new articles, as well! Check out the "Articles Started" box above to see a list of my articles, including viewerships and Rising Star/Featured Article statuses, or take a look at the list below for the backstory of my articles.
- Use the Magic Flight Launch Box - my epic personal vaporizer :')
- Change the Default Text Messaging App on an Android Phone and Describe Your Phone's Pattern Lock to Someone Else - both were saved in my drafts for months but finally published during wikiHow's 10th anniversary meetup in Montreal.
- Play the Hidden Minigame on Chrome for Android - a cool easter egg I found perusing around my phone
- Post a Talk Page Message with Multiple Links on wikiHow - a hidden trick I found after struggling with typing coaching messages and then losing them due to the links restrictions.

- Use Grindr - mobile dating app for gay/bisexual/bi-curious men... where I'm hoping to find the one ;)

- React if a Power Line Falls on Your Car - saw a TV show about surviving natural disasters and thought this could come in handy for those stuck in unfortunate situations.
- Live with Warfarin - a blood thinner I used to take after my hospitalization.

- Get Married in the Sims 3 - one of my favourite computer games.... ever.

Personal Life 'n' Stuff
What do I do outside of wikiHow? Live life by firing neurons, pumping blood, and digesting last night's sushi binge, of course. :)
I'm a college student in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Majoring in Biology, I would love to establish a successful career as a doctor. However, because I know that my grades aren't high enough to launch myself into med school, I'm exploring the possibility of going towards another direction as a paramedic.
When I'm not editing, I like to sing, listen to music (EDM, dubstep, house!), jog, cook, eat out, and take wiki walks. I'm a huge TV addict! If you happen to go on my Twitter during one of my shows, you might catch me doing some live-tweeting!
