There's more than enough suffering in the world already. It's time for a revolution that brings alive fearlessness, courage, compassion and love. Then we can break through the differences that separate us and cause so much loneliness and fear and actually open our arms to each other.
Time is precious. We can't make more it, but we can squeeze beautiful, memorable experiences out of every week, every day and stop it from flying by. We've got all the time in the world.
Of course there is a great deal of overlap between external and internal motivation. A best-selling author might be passionate about writing and also enjoy the fame and fortune that accompanies his success. Problems arise when external motivation eclipses internal motivation.
So when you're lying in bed awake and worried -- STOP. I know this is easier said than done. But the way to solve this problem is to bring yourself back to the present moment. This gives your brain something to focus on -- other than your fear.
If you have known one or more of these characters, we have only one piece of advice to give you: Take control of your FEAR. Identify what it is that prevents you from slamming the door on these pretenders, and start to confront it. Don't fall for the same tricks or settle for mediocre treats. Otherwise, you'll end up trick or treating a lot more than just your love life.
On our new iPhones, we can tap, swipe, pinch, peek, and pop. We can hold them, but they don't hold us back. This something we can only accomplish with each other, in person, together.
We can recognize the gifts and strengths that we possess, and at the same time, appreciate the gifts and strengths of those we envy. Imagine that these two images can stand side by side -- equal and without judgement. Both can exist, and neither has to take away from the other. Envy is inevitable, but we don't have to let it spoil or destroy our happiness.
We miss our opportunities of love, happiness, career and success because we refuse to learn the lessons that come our way.
The fact that there was no resting room in the courthouse, doesn't necessarily mean that the U.S. undervalues sleep, it just means sleep and napping didn't belong in that specific context, or at least not in a designated area.

One of the things that can show our maturity is how we care for others. Over the past years, have your eyes become more open? Has your horizon been broadened? Have you become more open-minded, non-judgmental, and more understanding of the world and of people around you?
The message is simple: Find happiness in this very moment with all that you have. Be curious and in search of what you love. When you find it, be selfless and add value by solving a problem. Put all of your energy and heart into your work. Own your passion.
