Research Interests
My primary research interest focuses on developing statistical and computational methods to solve challenging problems in statistical genetics and genomics, such as association tests for high-dimensional sparse genetic data (e.g. rare variants) and correlated data (e.g. family samples). I am also interested in mixed model theory and application, meta-analysis, survival analysis and gene-environment interaction.
