Table boxing adds the perfect punch to any professional caterer’s skills.
EditSteps
-
1Begin by draping the cloth over the table. Make sure it’s even in the front with an equal amount of slack on the table’s end.Ad
-
2Stand parallel to the table’s side, and place your two “Show Fingers” on the table’s front corner. (Your “Show Fingers ” are the two fingers that are placed on the table’s front edge - closest to from where your audience would be watching if your were on stage performing your terrific table boxing show!)
-
3As your “show fingers” hold down the front corner of the cloth, trace along the table’s edge and grab the cloth hanging from the backside and bring it up. Keep the cloth in a straight line, parallel with the table.
-
4Still keeping the “Show Fingers” in place, bring the “backside” portion of the cloth to the table’s front edge. Smooth out any folds of wrinkles underneath.
-
5Place your “Show Fingers” firmly on the back of that front corner, then pull the cloth back to that same backside corner you took the cloth from to make that straight parallel line.
-
6Repeat on the opposite side.Ad
