    maybe you think Cormac is being cagey here because he is cagey generally, but saying "everything in life influences style and therefore it is difficult if not impossible to pinpoint a specific influence" is very comprehensive in its way

    I wonder if could help provide strategic advice; orgs will seek to separate higher paid tech workers from others but unions are stronger together ❤️

    We seek to build a union rooted in principles of equity & inclusion & we cannot do so without more non-delivery colleagues included in our union. Non-delivery roles have higher turnover & lower pay at & in tech. Our union is for everyone, not just highly paid engineers!

    I like this one because people don’t have incentives to audit themselves so it’s a gold mine of unearthed never turned over riches I have room for many theories of change, multitudes, too many things have worked, but I don’t have room for all of them
