One huge issue Have used this for quite a while. Now they have added the active hours, But still has a huge issue. For those that work nights you can NOT set it for 9pm till 6am. It won't let you go over night. Huge disappointment !!!

Shift Workers Are People, Too First their answer to aligning food diary days involved changing time zones in the app (which never worked right, anyway). Now I try to set my "Move Every" hours, and it doesn't believe that 5pm-3am comprises 10 consecutive hours. How about a user-configurable "rollover time" so your product can benefit those of us with the statistically highest mortality rate, eh?

Since the new update I can't sync my charge Hr to my samsung s7 😠 tried everything and tired of trying! I have now deleted the app and I won't recommend a fitbit to anyone!

Fitbit It doesn't Track my steps, and there is no way that I can manually add them on the fitness sheet. I've done all trouble shooting without the problem being solved. Next time I will read all the reviews before I buy.

It could be faster/better For as much as I work out and want to see where I'm at for steps/active minutes the app could be faster. A lot of the time it will take 30 or more minutes to sync my fitbit to my phone. Not liking any of the new updates they've done.

Write better software When it works it's great. Everytime the software updates it breaks my ability to sync with my phone, and I have to fight with it to get it to work again. Please start doing a better job with your updates.

The recent update broke the sync process with my phone. I keep getting "Tracker not found" message with my Charge HR. I have tried re-booting but not working. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I've tried turning location on, turning on all day sync, and every possible thing I've read...nothing works. I can't sync to my laptop because Windows 10 sucks and therefore I don't have it. Loved my fitbit until this update and now it's worthless.
App is good but divice (fitbit hr) is not good Bike & car driving also counted as.. Steps n floors climbed... N sleep dose not get... Recorded.. Since it counts everything.. As steps it show all wrong data.... Actually it's waste of money... Very poor customer support.. I have been complaining... Did not get any response.
No support If you email about something not working properly you just get not helpful text copied from their website as a reply. If you try to get a real response that's actually helpful to the actual problem they just tell you to post on the Fitbit forum, hope someone will see the problem, might decide to look into it, and possibly fix it.
Friends stopped working This may not be an app issue, as it could very well be that the API it calls is not responding/down. When I try to view my friends to see the past 7 days, I get an error saying it cannot connect to Fitbit. This happens no matter what network I'm on, so it's not on my side. In general I find connectivity to Fitbit is slow and tenuous at best. Seems like you need to work on that side of things as well.
A good start Bluetooth is buggy doesent always let me change the track or change volume even though it shows the current track info. There's also a huge opportunity to add more clock faces! Samsung and Apple have great modifications and choices and the current fitbit clock face selection is sorely lacking
Love it! I love my fitbit and the way that it puts the accountability exactly where it needs to be, on myself. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that I wish that it had a place to record blood glucose readings so that I can have everything in one place and not have to have a separate app. I know I'm not the only diabetic with a fitbit.
Getting better all the time. Had some problems when I first purchased w/syncing. Fitbit has continued to work the problems and improve reliability and features. Fitbit latest v.2.22 along with Android v.6 works great. Tech support never gave up and solved any problem I had. I have been using the Fitbit HR for a year now, I an impressed with the product. I Recommend this product.
2 fitbits, still not synching Can I please just have my money back? You've replaced my HR Charge twice and it still won't sync. Obviously it's a bigger problem than just me. Look at the reviews. If you're not going to ever fix this then you should just refund everyone's money. It's called taking responsibility for your product.
Really??? Still won't let me connect to Facebook. I bought this specifically to connect to others on FB and the fitbit one will NOT connect no matter how or where I try to do it. It just says to try again later. Also, it doesn't seem to sync very well either. I can press the sync button on the app multiple times and it still won't update. Sometimes it even reverts my numbers to the previous sync! This is sad.
Good but need work I like the app as it's a lot more convenient than using a computer however, I've never had so many problems when I had the Charge. With the Blaze it can never sync by itself and I spend a large amount of my time getting it to sync even though I have it on all day sync. I would give it more stars if this problem can be fixed.
Won't sync (pair) My Fitbit Charge HR will not pair up with my Samsung Note 5. It stinks after spending so much money on the contraption. What am I doing wrong? My Fitbit is fully charged and on. (Wearing it) but when I try to setup, I keep getting an error and try again button pops up. HELP PLEASE FIX SO FITBIT IS COMPATIBLE WITH NOTE 5. You have it compatible with Note 4, why not 5?
It's awesome when it works, not working right Doesn't want to let me log food. Doesn't want to sync steps or exercise. When it lets me log anything, it's at a snails pace. Lost data a couple days ago. Was really getting into using this till it started acting up. It says there is a new update, but it won't update! Finally updated, ran fine for a little while, now it doesn't want to operate again.
Long sync times Syncing takes too long. Then when it does finally say it synced, you have to wait even longer for the tiles to finally update. I waste way too much battery life just sitting with the screen on waiting for the tiles to update. Calories left is the absolute worst. Even after the day is over, it often doesn't update correctly when at that point it's just simple addition/subtraction that the app has to do.
Wont sync to app(Fixed) So far after the update i have only been able to sync to my pc and even then it gives a error saying sync could not be completed but it shows all the stats, But for the app it wont sync at all please fix because i am not always around to sync with my pc.(this problem was fixed with the last hot fix, thanks fitbit now i can continue with tracking my workouts properly)
Good for stats but... Love the Surge and the stats you can obtain but the only downside is the android compatability. Sync over Bluetooth is a chore and some services don't work on the S6. In this day and age with high end Android phones this is just unacceptable especially as the fitbit tracker hardware is high end.
Android version needs work There are some serious connectivity issues with the Blaze. Text, call, calendar notifications do not work on the xperia z1. Call, text and calendar appa don't even show up as options. Sync fails most of the time. Alternatively, iOS version works 9 times out of 10. I love what the app can do, but it's just not well executed on the Android platform.
Location to sync? Update: just figured out that the app needs location access permission to sync now. It was just working fine before so now I don't know why all of a sudden this permission is required. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Previous review: I think the recent update broke the sync process with my phone. I keep getting "Tracker not found" message with my Charge HR. I have tried re-booting but not working. Syncs fine with my laptop though.
No so Great anymore This app was great until the update. Why do I have to have my location on in order to sync? Annoying. And to others the 250 steps in 9hrs, you can change this for all my night owls. Touch the lil red man 250+, then touch the gear/settings. It doesn't look editable, but touch the 6-9pm thing and change goal hours.
