Officer-involved shooting in Houston leaves one man dead

Early Saturday morning, Alva Braziel was shot 10 times by police. According to reports, police saw Braziel walking in the street with a revolver and repeatedly asked him to drop his weapon before discharging their guns. Witnesses tell a different story. He died on the scene.
