Deceitful Business Practice Vinted customer support use to be one of the finest if not the finest of all selling apps. They outsourced their support, which means they have problems communicating. The worst is that they change policies without informing users. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They don't support sellers. Please tweet the CEO about your issues with Vinted.

#1 for buying and selling hands down You have to just DO IT! Trust me this is worth all of it I've never felt more special with such personalized shopping. Definitely the best way to go!
Going downhill I started vinted a few months ago in the summer and it was all great. They then started making so many changes on it so no one has the incentive to buy or sell on the app. Policy changes, system changes, and HORRIBLE customer service. Wouldn't reccomend the app to someone trying to start. Rating will change if vinted starts caring about their consumers. They only care about the money now, not like it used to be. Also, if you're not a favorite seller, good luck
Change for Changes Sake When I first started selling on here, I loved it, but over a course of two short years, this company has made every possible change they can think of to make the app harder to use and to make it less appealing to sell. Buyers have the run of the show here. Support is a joke. There are constant goofs amd miscommunications with little to no fix to these problems. I'd try another selling app if I were you.

Thank you! 💜💜💜If you LOVE TO SHOP DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!💜💜💜 I am OBSESSED with this app! I also like that there's a choice as far as shipping sizes/prices. Other sites I use have a flat rate no matter the size. The fees Vinted charge (I think 10%) are also great compared to other sites fees (Poshmark 20%)!!! I would definitely recommend this app for buying and selling! I have sold lots of things on here as well, and it is super easy.The only negative issue I have is that they are VERY PICKY about photos uploaded when selling items. Have had to retake many pics.
Love! If your clothes just need a new home but are still cute and somewhat fashionable, download this app!
Poor Customer Support They will nick pick about ANY and EVERYTHING! You have to be one of their favorite sellers to not get picked on:(

Hi Bridgette, I'm sorry you're having a bad experience! We'll always get back to you within 48 hours, but usually in much less! Sellers have 7 days to download the label and 7 days to send it out which is where the confusion may be! I have made most my sales on the Vinted app and that's probably the way it's always going to be!!!! I LOVE it and most importantly I love my fellow VINTIE ladies (and gents, I am guessing that they are out there) as WITHOUT them there is certainly no point I am always happy to share the application with my family and friends especially since the App is Not greedy one bit with the $5 per item commission cap!!!😁😊.
Can't log in I forgot my password and when I try to input my email to gain a new password it's says email invalid. Yet I receive messages that people have messaged me on that email. Also when it does let me and sends me that I requested to reset password it just sends me back into login page doesnt give me option to reset password been like for a month

Hi Sylvia! You'll only be able to reset your password via the web browser for Androids. So please be sure to tap "Open with Chrome" or "Open in Browser" when you the click the link in the email. Vinted is good. Vinted is pretty good. I liked it better before they made the photos "expandable," however. Now I am afraid something ugly is gonna appear in the expanded picture. Furthermore, I can't resize my pics as I import them. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM, HOWEVER, IS THAT VINTED ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO GIVE AWAY THEIR CLOTHES FOR FREE. THIS IS HORRIBLE FOR SELLERS. IT BRINGS THE PRICE DOWN ON ALL THE CLOTHES. Why not donate to the local charity, for Petes sake? Much easier!
Its ok Not bad more issues with this one than other ones example someone wants to bundle but 5 pounds biggest they have. Twice I had to put over 20.00 out of pocket to pay extra shipping. They are making money on us so we should get reimbursed. Other app has label doesn't matter weight. Why should I have to break up bundle. Will cost buyer more money and of course vinted makes out more. Now I could sell in bundle but it will cost ME. I'm about ready to delete keep other app instead. I have already lost 45.00

Hey Tracy! I see you're already in touch with my teammate who's helping you out. We do allow buyers to return items for a refund if they arrive damaged or not as described, so you just need to be sure to describe your items thoroughly in your listings and that won't happen. Please reply to my teammate's email so we can work this out. Thanks! Shipping and Percentage Shipping is kinda high especially on small items, which can cause u to walk away from an item. And the percentage that vinted takes means even HIGHER prices for the customer..
Vinted could care less Vinted has made numerous policy changes in the past year. As a result sales went down for buyers and many users have left. This used to be a great place to buy and sell. They also barely offer any protection from untrue or malicious negative feedback.

Usually good but experiencing problems Lately the alerts have been delayed and today I have had trouble opening the app. It's really frustrating.

If you're still having a problem, please click on "Contact us" and our tech team will check it out! Been A Member For 2 Years, Switching To Mercari Vinted was great when it started up but now using the app as a seller is completely frustrating and a waste of time. Not only do they take an extremely high commission now but they seem to nit pick everything you do, from what photos they deem "good enough" for listing your item to marking items as sold. Vinted Support also used to be great but recently had an incident where they read my message and didn't respond-just completely ignored it. Switching to Mercari. :-)

Hi Kimberlyn! We have a capped $5 Vinted fee for items uploaded after March 3, so instead of getting $81 for the $100 item you should, you now get $95! Yay! Our team sends out tips on how to improve listings to help sellers snag buyers attention and to sell their items faster :). Awesome site! I've already sold items the first week I installed this app! Just make sure you photograph your items well. And if you have an item inspired by a design brand, be careful because Vinted will delete it thinking it's a knock off. It happened to me with a Burberry "inspired" coat with a Windsor label that I did mentioned!
Great Application If You're A Fan Of Finding Clothing Deals And You Don't Mind Buying Them Online, This Might Be A Great App For You. The Only Thing That I Would Ask For Is To Be Able To Refine My Search A Little More.
Great app I have bought and sold with vinted! The I it thing I don't like are the app crashes and the fees when selling but still a useful app!
Great App I love this because I can find cute stuff at a great price. But also I can sell stuff that I have never worn and someone out there can love it and wear it.
Great except for fees and shipping cist I've come to love selling on here, except I've found vinties won't buy a couple things that I have posted because the shipping cost more than the item itself!

Great App~So Easy~Low Maintenance~Take or upload picture of your sale item w/ phone or tablet~Describe Item~Price Item~Choose Sm, Med or Lg Shipping Option which buyer ALWAYS pays )~Get Notified via email when it sells~Print Paid Mailing label from email~Drop off at Post Office~ Get Paid When Buyer Receives it & clicks 'Item OK'~ Money is transfered to your personal bank acct less Vinted Fee which is reasonable - always under $5.
