In the wake of Hurricane Matthew, Craig Williams was scanning hashtags to see the damage done to his brother's hometown in North Carolina, when he found a photo of his brother's nearly submerged house taken by Quavas Hart (@ImSoFirst). Through Tweets, the two got in touch and Hart was able to guide rescuers to the house to save Williams' brother Chris.
