To wrap-up the visit in Kigali, Rwanda, Secretary Pritzker and Ambassador Erica J. Barks-Ruggles hosted a roundtable with local businesswomen and gave the President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) an opportunity to learn how they are contributing to the culture of entrepreneurship in the country.
