MyUSPTO Account Maintenance and TEAS and TEASi Maintenance
MyUSPTO Account Maintenance
The USPTO is performing monthly MyUSPTO (my.uspto.gov) account maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, December 29 and ending at 3 a.m., Thursday, December 29 ET.
You will not be able to register for a new MyUSPTO account during the maintenance. The maintenance will also impact the ability for Financial Manager users to add new users or make changes to user permissions for stored payment methods.
TEAS and TEASi Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing system maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and the Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) related to the trademark fee changes initiative. The maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2017 and end at 10 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2017 ET. During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
For additional information on the fee changes, see https://www.uspto.gov/trademark/fees-payment-information/trademark-fee-changes. Because portable and e-signature forms allow 14 days for signature, it is important that you be aware of this scheduled outage so that you can plan ahead to avoid additional work. It is recommended that you file all recently created "portable" forms and "e-signature" forms by January 13, 2017. Customers unable to do so will be required to start the process again with updated forms.
