    Today made a transformational $115m investment in the Zero-Textbook Cost Degree programs. With students struggling to make ends meet this will ensure that they are not hindered in their educational journey by the high costs of textbooks. Bravo!

    It's official!! $115 million for Zero-Textbook Cost Degree programs in Governor Newsom's revised budget. Such a win for students in the California community college system. Looking forward to a day when no student is burdened by textbook costs.
