Cool looking robot - although the backronym is a bit of a stretch!

Early-stage robots offers pragmatic challenges for distributed work force compared to pure software. Single location comes with tradeoffs: smaller pool of candidates, potentially reducing breadth of human experience by limiting geography. But some benefits too.

6 months into new job. One surprise - how nice to have everyone at one site. Benefits: * Same general work hours. No email torrent after I get home. * Less travel - only for external reasons. * Access to business leads * Easier ad-hoc chats with email synopsis

Great short overview of persistent memory. Cool technology, but I was particularly impressed with how quickly and clearly the benefits were explained as well as key technical details.

Recommended: Clean Food Dirty Girl The name isn't great but the product is. Basically a vegan Blue Apron where you are given the grocery list to buy and cooking instructions. You focus on execution of meals and get out of food rut. No wasteful packing.

Nice walk in the woods with the dog today. The pond was making gulping sounds as the ice shifted.

Apple should start a "lifestyle" brand. Clothing, accessories, and non-technical gadgets. - Luxury-leaning brand identity - Large retail presence with premium real estate - $ stream with diff biz cycle than devices - Sell high-end (e.g. Patagonia) but not extravagant/flashy good

The dialog is not much different than a soap opera. With spaceships, purple lights, and some big dudes punching.

Followed through on the no-drink plan. Lost ~10 pounds during the month, although also was better about diet. Seltzer water with lime/lemon at social gatherings was a fine substitute. I'm taking a weekend off of the plan (go Pats!) and then plan to take the rest of Feb off.

Custom segments can contain First Party Audience data (Phone, Email, IDFA). This is data that you have collected to identify groups of users who have interacted directly with you or your services before. (e.g. users who have registered on your website.)

Apple: third-party tracking on web bad. Apple: third-party tracking on Apple news good. "Third party tracking is available for ad campaigns that are served through the Apple Advertising Platforms for Apple News"
