    We've issued affected players a new Painted copy of the item(s) in question along with a Decryptor for the trouble. The paint color on these new items is randomly selected. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and Happy Holidays!

    PSA: We identified a Player's Choice Crate bug that caused players who should have received a Painted copy of the Septem Wheels or the Hexphase Boost to receive a normal non-Painted version of these items instead.
