This is a good initiative. I do this in my columns, but only after people starting pointing out to me when I wrote something without quoting any women. I don’t think I’ve written a column without a woman in a year. (I understand it’s diff for columns)

now, ok, the real problem with name calling as a social weapon is that it also hurts the person using it. You will hurt Fred by planting the name Diaper Fred in the offuce, but you're probably going to end up looking bad, too. but some people don't care about that!

Which brings me to another thing. I think there's often misplaced value in alliteration here. Donald Trump has taught us that most effective names don't have to be alliterative at all. sure, sometimes you get the Sloppy Steve, but Crooked Hillary and Lyin Ted and Lil Marco etc

only difficulty with name calling is choosing the wrong name basically what you want to do here is go as low as possible IE, say your coworker often seems to run off to the bathroom when it's time to pay the check. You think Freeloading Fred? Naa: Diaper Fred. Can't lose

It's weird how everyone, intellectually, thinks "name calling doesn't work!" but in reality name calling works super well! it's a really effective strategy! the only reason we look down on name-calling is it's such a dangerous social weapon we need o outlaw it like poison gas

Good scoop from : Tom Brady has a documentary chronicling his off-field life coming out, and the Patriots may or may not have been aware of it
